About 6 years ago, I started developing gout in my feet, with swelling and pain in the big toe and heel. Late in 2008, I began to wonder why a few weeks of DeGout worked in 2003, but not as well the second time around. After much research, I came to the belief that body alkalinity was at the heart of the matter.
